Moonlit Lavender Dream Tea
Moonlit Lavender Dream (4 Cups)
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Token Herbal Restful Bliss Blend
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp cardamom (whole or ground)
- 1 tsp dried lavender buds
- 2 tbsp raw honey (optional)
- 4 cups water
Instructions:
Brew the Tea:
- Bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
- Add Token Herbal Restful Bliss Blend, turmeric, cardamom, and lavender.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Let steep for 5-7 minutes and strain.
Sweeten and Serve:
Add honey to taste if desired. Serve warm.
