Moonlit Lavender Dream (4 Cups)

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Token Herbal Restful Bliss Blend
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp cardamom (whole or ground)
  • 1 tsp dried lavender buds
  • 2 tbsp raw honey (optional)
  • 4 cups water

Instructions:

Brew the Tea:

  1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add Token Herbal Restful Bliss Blend, turmeric, cardamom, and lavender.
  3. Simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
  4. Let steep for 5-7 minutes and strain.

Sweeten and Serve:
Add honey to taste if desired. Serve warm.
