Apple Sage Immuni-Tea Recipe

Apple Sage Immuni-Tea (4 Cups)

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Token Herbal Immunity Support Blend
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 tbsp dried sage (or 3-4 fresh sage leaves)
  • 1 tbsp dried hibiscus flowers
  • 2 tbsp raw honey (optional)
  • 4 cups water

Instructions:

  1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add Token Herbal Immunity Support Blend, sliced apple, cinnamon stick, sage, and hibiscus.
  3. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, then remove from heat.
  4. Let steep for an additional 5 minutes and strain.

Sweeten and Serve:
Add honey to taste if desired. Serve warm for a comforting treat.
