Apple Sage Immuni-Tea (4 Cups)
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Token Herbal Immunity Support Blend
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tbsp dried sage (or 3-4 fresh sage leaves)
- 1 tbsp dried hibiscus flowers
- 2 tbsp raw honey (optional)
- 4 cups water
Instructions:
- Bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
- Add Token Herbal Immunity Support Blend, sliced apple, cinnamon stick, sage, and hibiscus.
- Simmer for 5-7 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Let steep for an additional 5 minutes and strain.
Sweeten and Serve:
